We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted.  All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check.  All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in sale-able condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags.  Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.

On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information and ship the item prepaid and insured to: Elementz by Prerna 8049 Ancient Oaks Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.

The Elementz by Prerna gift card is available online in any amount from $100 to $10,000 with pre-set denominations. Gift cards may be redeemed only at and at our special events

Gift cards will be shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery..

Sales tax is automatically applied to your Elementz by Prerna order in accordance with Nevada regulation.
Order Updates:
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering.  * Excluding items shipped from vendor.
Registered customers can SIGN IN to access web order status and history.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via EMAIL or by calling 702-899-9101. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
You may cancel any Elementz by Prerna order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled.
